About Me

So hello!My name is Verity Alicia, I am 19 and I love books. One day, I felt like my ideas and thoughts were pretty interesting so I decided to create this blog a few years ago to discuss my emotions, life and post occasional book reviews. Hopefully you will enjoy! 

I am from the Lake District but I am currently studying in North Wales. I love making mixtapes, reading, eating too much pizza, dancing really badly, travelling, camping and going to gigs. Over the years, I have collected a vast array of books and i love every single one of them. my bookshelves are overflowing due to my biggest weakness (bookshops .. )

i am currently studying English Literature at Bangor University and I am in the first year of my degree. I don't really have a clue what I want to do with my life but I would love to travel alot more and explore. I want to help people. I want to love. I want to read lots and lots of books. I want to go to as many gigs as possible. I want to stargaze as much as possible. I want to learn more about the world and who I am. I want to live

so what do i love? well i love.....
- my friends and family, who i have no idea what i'd do without them 
- my incredible boyfriend, john, i love you SO bloody much 
- green tea
- unknown indie bands that no one has heard of (if you have - you're probably my favourite person)
- skittles (especially sour skittles!)
- travelling and long road trips
- train journeys
- chilled nights in when i just sleep/read/watch films
- writing  (i own thousands of journals - its almost being a problem)
- pizza
- dogs 
- giraffes
- going to gigs and dancing and moshing alot
